Job Description:

We are seeking a Compensation Delivery and Bonus Program Analyst.This role is responsible for delivery of annual merit, bonus, and equity programs during Annual Rewards Planning. This is a hybrid role and will be based in Frisco or Houston, TX.

Responsibilities:


  • Working with Compensation CoE teams and Country Total Rewards teams to determine requirements on an annual basis.

  • Provide technical requirements to the SDXI team to ensure requirements are implemented and thoroughly tested.

  • Create and present training materials for People Leaders to HRPBs to support Annual Rewards Planning.

  • Configure and initiate Compensation Review Process within Workday.

  • Track approved budgets and leaders planning during Annual Rewards Planning to secure Compensation CoE and executive approvals.

  • W ork with the broader STI team to assist with various bonus program administration.

Education and Experience Required:


  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience.

  • Typically 4-6 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Systematic understanding of total rewards, as well as other HR functions.

  • Developed knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to employee compensation and benefits.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Solid financial and business acumen.

  • Demonstrated project management skills such as planning, execution and
    implementation.

  • Expert knowledge of Excel.

USD Annual Salary: $66,500.00 - $152,500.00
