What you will do: (A comprehensive list of tasks is in the job description)

• Serve as the project manager of major capital projects.


• Estimate the costs, resources, and time required to complete the assigned phase of an engineering project and monitor activities, allocate resources, and assign tasks to ensure these targets are met.


• Develop and implement an established project plan for complex, large-scale projects; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; identify, resolve, or escalate operational problems and minimize delays.


• Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones.

We need you to have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


• 3+ years of project management or project engineering experience in a related field.


• 2+ years of Silgan engineering experience, if internal.


• Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.


• Flexibility to travel overnight 50-70%.
