Customer Service Representative at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Itasca, Illinois

Job Description:

Are you a detail oriented? Do you love analyzing and imputing data while helping others? We're working with a great client who is looking for a Customer Service Representative who is looking for someone like you! This client is in Itasca and open to training on the job. This role is onsite with an opportunity to work from home on Friday's once trained.


Responsibilities:
• High interaction with customers via email
• Updates customers of their order status daily
• Maintain/update customer profiles in system as needed
• Order handling duties including order entry, status updates, preparation of shipped orders and selecting orders
• Expediting order through NetSuite
• Processing customer resumes, complaints, and make/hold requests


Qualifications:
• 2+ years of related experience within customer service role
• Associate's degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school preferred.
• High communication skills both verbal and written
• Conflict resolution skills while projecting a professional, positive, can-do attitude when dealing with customers and internal employees.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency while working on multiple projects simultaneously
• NetSuite and MS Office Suite experience a plus
