Who are we looking for?

The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine production methods, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing systems.

What will you be doing?

Design and develop manufacturing processes and systems.

Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.

Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency.

Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of products.

Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.

Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes.

Train and support production staff on new processes and equipment.

Who are You?

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.

Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
