• Build Asana instance and process for the Marketing Leadership

• Process design, Asana installation design, Marketing Background
• The ideal candidate would possess both Asana and Marketing experience. this resource would work within Marketing Operations team.
• This resource would be responsible to work with the Marketing leadership team to design and implement Asana for our leadership team.
• Our critical skills are process design, Asana buildout and design and Marketing knowlege

• The team is the Marketing Leadership Team and all individuals on the Marketing team (31) Variety of skills and knowledge.
• This person would work with our Global IT team for setup of the Asana instance as well.

• Design Leadership process for Input and recovery of Marketing Assets, Design Asana instance in cooperation with Marketing Leadership.
• Setup all workflows within Asana.
• Design segmentation of stored items for quick retrieval.

• 2-4 years Asana, 5-8 year Process automation, 5-8 years marketing

• The years of experience and knowledge of skills needed.
