As a Strategic Financial Leader supporting our Acute Care VPs, this role provides insightful financial analysis and counsel to drive key customer partnerships and profitability initiatives – primary focus is on data analytics, forecasting and reporting.

• Leverage data to create meaningful metrics, dashboards, and other reporting tools that will improve both the internal and external customer experience.




• Apply exceptional communication and analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable strategies.




• Publish, analyze and improve management information dashboards and key performance indicators.




• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate insightful and informative reports.




• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data analysis methodologies, and reporting tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree




• 3+ years of relevant work experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field.




• Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel




• Strong communication skills




• Ability to consolidate / manage large data sets




• Some travel may be required (~10%) to visit business partners and customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting




• SQL, SAP, Tableau and Alteryx experience are a plus
