Who we are looking for

State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) is seeking a skilled and proven Business Risk Ops Manager, Vice President to support leadership in the identification, assessment and mitigation of risk. They will demonstrate knowledge of current industry methods for evaluating, implementing, and improving processes and tools. Additionally, the person in this role will review processes and makes suggestions on how to improve them.

What you will be responsible for


  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals

  • Assist in planning and executing process improvement projects

  • Leverage re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality

  • Assist in developing process improvement policies

  • Track metrics related to process performance and improvements

  • Partner with the second line and third of defense consistent with our risk management/control objectives

  • Ability to solve complex problems with support from management

  • Able to effectively balance multiple tasks through careful prioritization

  • Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, IT Security, Risk Management, or a related field

  • Minimum of 8 - 10 years proven experience with general risk management, auditing standards, and best practices

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $185,000 Annual
