Job Title: Progressive Care RN



Duties & Responsibilities: The Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) provides specialized nursing care for patients who require close monitoring and intermediate care between the general medical floor and the intensive care unit (ICU). The PCU RN is responsible for assessing patient conditions, implementing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care to patients with complex and evolving medical needs. The nurse to patient ratio is 1:4/5 with an average daily census of 28. This is a 14 week assignment working 3 12 hour night shifts. Weekend requirements are required but sometimes it isn't every other weekend, could be split coverage.



Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year experience


• RN license (GA or Compact)


• BLS


• ACLS


• Epic experience
