Key Accountabilities
•Provide day to day support of business applications that support process improvement enhancements.•Maintain and utilize database tools to provide support for various sales channels, including performance against origination and delivery goals. •Provide on-going analytical support and reporting on all Business Markets sales channels.•Deliver key insights into Business Markets by uncovering root causes for trends in sales, pricing, and load forecasting with the ability to derive insights from complex data for presentation and decision making in all sales regions. •Work with various internal/external teams by providing data expertise, offering original perspectives, and challenging conventional views to better align decision making/perceptions with changing business needs.•Identify process improvements to enhance Business Markets effectiveness and efficiency•Support development of Business Markets processes, procedures & application.•Integrate and manage data from various systems across various organizations.Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
•3-5 years Electricity industry experience preferred•3+ Business to Business Sales Ops or Analytic experience preferred•2+ years of experience extracting and analyzing large volume of data using tools such as MS Excel, SQL, SAS or other large data analysis tools•Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills •Strong communication skills•HS Diploma or equivalency required•Candidate must commute Monday, Tuesday, Thursday to our offices in Irving, TX -- this is a hybrid position.•Sponsorship for employment Visa is not offered with this position.Key Metrics
