Job Description:

The Well House at Lamson Mansion is a leading wellness center for achieving a happier and healthier life through healthcare planning, clinical support, fitness, and education. The Well House’s services are medically designed to empower individuals to take control of their own healthcare. We provide aesthetic treatments such as Hydrafacials, Neurotoxin, Filler, Microneedling, Chemical peels, and Medical Grade skincare lines. Our experienced, passionate, and highly-trained staff will help you thrive inside and out.

The Well House at Lamson Mansion is currently seeking an experienced Medspa Coordinator. Ideal candidate with have a bachelor's degree in business, wellness or a related field with two years of previous leadership experience.

1.       Oversee guest check-in and check-out, closing of sales, rebooking appointments and other administrative tasks

2.       Be well versed and actively promote the treatments, packages, services, products, facility features, special programs, promotions and hours of operation.

3.       Open and/or close the spa daily.

4.       Implement policy and procedures for various aspects of operations.

5.       Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, conflict management, business building, skill enhancement and goal setting.

6.       Managing purchase orders for professional treatment and operational supplies

7.       Development of sales targets and analysis of weekly, monthly and annual goals and strategy for increase in sales.

8.       Develop marketing and social media to build client and corporate business.

9.       Create and monitor spa programs for clients and evaluate effectiveness of existing or newly added programs.

10.     Hold regular staff meetings to keep staff current on all aspects of operations.

11.     Implement monthly promotions, programs and special events.

12.     Responsible for inventory management within the spa.

13.     Deal with guest complaints/concerns and try to resolve problems independently whenever possible.

14.     Maintain the cleanliness and spotless appearance of the spa.

15.     Exude a cheerful upbeat attitude that helps promote a positive attitude & contributes to the overall morale of the spa.

16.     Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving spa staff and guests that might merit attention.

Qualifications:

Education:       Bachelor’s Degree in Wellness, Business or Related field Preferred.

Experience:      2 years of leadership experience in Medi-Spa or Wellness Center.

Other:              MS Office, Medi-Spa Software, Operations, Marketing, Guest Relations, and Business
