Job Description:

Position Overview: 

As a Junior Marketing Associate at Black Book, you will support the marketing team in executing a variety of marketing initiatives tailored for the automotive, finance, and insurance industries. You will work closely with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns including digital, social media, email, and content marketing specific to the automotive sector. 

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team. 

• Manage marketing and event calendars and deadlines. 

• Conduct market research and analyze automotive industry trends to identify opportunities for growth. 

• Create and curate engaging content for various marketing channels. 

• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and optimize marketing efforts. 

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. 

• Support event planning and coordination for conferences and other promotional events. 

• Collaborate with the agency team to produce marketing materials. 

• Maintain marketing databases and track marketing performance metrics. 

• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, and social media analytics). 

• Experience with the Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat 

• Basic knowledge or experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., 6Sense, HubSpot) is preferred. 

• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices. 

• Creative thinker with excellent organizational skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
