The Team

We are seeking an Associate Program Manager to join American Tower's U.S. Tower division's Managed Networks department's Site Development & Construction ("SD&C") team. The team delivers all new assets and manages capital improvement and asset development projects across our in-building portfolio. Day to day, in close partnership with Regional Managers and the Director of SD&C, you will identify key metrics and perform financial forecasting to assess customers' needs and create optimal solutions. As an Associate Program Manager, you will partner cross-functionally to establish and implement the team's vision for and execution of national initiatives while also supporting both frontline representation in the field and strategic programs.
