Description: Exciting Opportunity: Join our Clients provider network in Bannock County Idaho as a contracted NP Pay rate per completed assessment. Must complete minimum 20-30 assessments monthly, with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
Seeking compassionate NPs with unencumbered licenses. Responsibilities include wellness visits, health assessments, patient education, and care coordination. NP qualifications: valid state license, in-home risk assessment experience preferred.
