Hays has partnered with a real estate holding company that is looking for a Senior Asset Manager to oversee a recently developed Class A Luxury Mixed-Use high rise in LA.



Your new role


This role will work alongside the General Manager and play a key role in directing and coordinating the operations and leasing of the property. Improving the performance, maximizing value and the investment return. Developing the strategy to lease vacant retail units, develop marketing strategies to attract customers, and maintain/reporting to investors on the progress of property.



What you'll need to succeed

• 6+ years in Asset Management of multifamily, hotel, and preferably retail with a strong understanding of operations, financials, and leasing.
  
  


• Strong understanding of using financial models and Microsoft Excel.
  
  


• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  
  


• CPA or CFA license preferred
  
  


• The ability to read, speak, and write in both English and Chinese is preferred but not required.
  
  

What you'll get in return
