Located in Greater Boston, MassBay is a comprehensive, open-access community college offering associate degrees and certificate programs on three campuses in Wellesley Hills, Framingham, and Ashland, Massachusetts.

Position Summary:

The OneCard Manager oversees theoperations of student, staff and faculty ID cards while following guidelinesand best practices. This position will assist with planning, facilitating, andcreating ID cards daily as well during special events. The OneCard Manager alsoensures equipment and applications are in good working order and maintainsappropriate inventory supplies.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage daily operations of the OneCard Office;
  • Issue ID cards to students, faculty, and staff in accordance with established guidelines; this includes rotation between the Wellesley and Framingham campuses as needed;
  • Order and maintain supplies and equipment;
  • Assist with maintenance of webpage and informational materials for the office;
  • Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries/requests regarding the OneCard office while providing excellent customer service;
  • Create and update policies and procedures as they relate to the operation of the OneCard office;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Applicants must have at least (A) two years offull-time, or equivalent part-time, experience in office management, officeadministration, business administrative or business management, the majorduties of which included one or more of the following functions; purchasing,personnel management, budgeting, accounting, records management, worksimplification, grants management, contract administration or programmanagement, or (B) any equivalent combination of the required experience andthe substitutions below.

Substitutions:
An Associate’s or higher degree witha major in business administration, business management or publicadministration may be substituted for the required experience.*
An Associate’s or higher degree witha major other than in business administration, business management or publicadministration may be substituted for a maximum of one year of the requiredexperience.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Experience and competence in technology, including Microsoft suite;
  • Ability to take initiative and when necessary, work independently;

Additional Information:

Salary Range: $20.00 - 26.00 Hourly Wage
