Job Description:

Utility Pole Manufacturing Laborer (Framer 2) primary function is to manufacture utility pole products to established specification in a productive, efficient and safe manner.

Principal Responsibilities:
\n

\n
• Schedule and coordinate processing of multiple orders simultaneously.
\n
• Interpret specifications and framing prints to manufacture poles and round wood products.
\n
• Inspect and verify quality and classification of all poles to ANSI, ASTM or Corporate standards.
\n
• Operate hand and framing tools to cut, drill, gain, brand, tag, clean and prepare poles for treatment.
\n
• Document and report material processed.
\n
• Maintain tools, equipment, supplies and work area.
\n
• Assist in inspection of all pole products.
\n
• Assist in receipt of materials, tallying, identification, records and information.
\n
• Assist in operation of full length and deep incisor as required.
\n
• Operate pole tag machine to manufacture aluminum tags as required.
\n
• Participate and contribute to company safety program.
\n
• Perform other duties as assigned.
\n

Shift & Pay Rate:
\n

\n
• Monday-Friday 5am - 3:30pm OR 6:30am - 3pm
\n
• Must be available for overtime as needed
\n
• $24.50/hr
