Lead Maintenance directs and coordinates activities of vendors and workers engaged in repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment; and in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of industrial plant or other establishment by performing the following duties personally or through peers:\n

Principal Responsibilities:

• Manages maintenance work requests, determines priority and assigns appropriate resource.
\n
\n
\n \n \n
\n
• Ensures team members comply with all safety, environmental and manufacturing practices.
\n
\n
\n
• Communicates to production and quality assurance equipment break downs and estimated time need to complete repairs.
\n
\n
\n
• Confers with venders, management and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measure to improve operation and conditions of machine and equipment.
\n
\n
\n
• Documents and reports maintenance work performed and advises of future requirements in a timely manner.
\n
\n
\n
• Inspects, services, repairs and constructs plant processing equipment, including structures, utilities, loaders, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, mechanical, and pressure vessel work throughout the plant.
\n
\n
\n
• Performs the preventative maintenance program established by the Company.
\n
\n
\n
• Installs special functional and structural parts in devices.
\n
\n
\n
• Lubricates and cleans parts, equipment and machinery.
\n
\n
\n
• Tests and adjusts equipment to meet performance specifications.
\n
\n
\n
• Initiates purchase order for parts and machines.
\n
\n
\n
• Participates and contributes to company safety program.
\n
\n
\n
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Monday-Friday 6am-3:30pm

• $38.54/hr
