This position provides leadership, direction, and coordination of team members in maintenance with responsibilities for safety, quality, and project management. This role actively participates and supports a work environment focused on preventive maintenance and timely project support. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proven experience in a leadership or similar role
Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
Skills in MS Office
Experience with implementing or maintaining PM and Maintenance Request Systems
Experience with Arc-Flash, Hazmat and Fall Prevention requirements and practices a must
Excellent organizing and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Working knowledge of PLC controls, Electric motors and drives, 3-phase electrical power required
Education and Experience
Minimum 6 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Rotating tools
Etc.
Physical Requirements
This individual will be walking and standing at various times of the day, as it requires a consistent presence on the production area. Must be able to work at heights up to 100 feet.
