Position Description:


Plunkett's Sales/Marketing Team Seeks a National Account Coordinator

The National Accounts Project Coordinator plays a critical role in successfully procuring, onboarding, and managing large accounts by facilitating smooth and effective collaboration among various departments (Marketing, Sales, IT, Client Services, Administration, Operations Team). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in project management.


Essential Duties:

  • Facilitating meetings and discussions to address client needs, deliverables, and issues, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Assist the Customer Success Manager in continuously improving the onboarding process by gathering feedback from clients and internal teams.
  • Providing ongoing comprehensive progress reports and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensuring that all project documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Serving as a point of contact between internal and external teams.
  • Communicating regularly with clients to provide product updates, reports and support.
  • Addressing client questions and being able to work across departments in solving client issues.
  • Creating and assembling sales material to be sent to new and existing clients. This includes proposal creation.
  • Creating work schedules and project plans to meet deadlines.
  • Resourceful finding solutions to client issues.
  • Ability to calculate basic math equations, including percentages.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to provide effective support to many clients' accounts.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude who works well under pressure and meets deadlines.


Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:


A successful candidate must be an effective communicator (verbal and written) with both clients and coworkers. Required skills include:

• Attention to detail to ensure clients receive the correct advice and support.

• Problem-solving skills to help clients who may experience issues.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to provide effective support to a large number of client accounts.

• Computer skills: Microsoft Suite, including a mastery of Excel and project management software experience, is also helpful.

• Ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely to clients.

• 2 or more years work experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.

• Full-time position working out of Plunkett's Fridley, Minnesota office. First 90 days are on the job and are required to be in-office. Some remote work opportunities are available thereafter.

• Superb writing, editing, and proofreading skills - exceptional grammar and spelling aptitude.

• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, commitment to quality.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to stay on task with projects that start and stop over time.

• A will-do attitude – steps up to figure out what it takes to get the job done.

• Cool under pressure – able to work effectively under the pressure of deadlines.

• Ability to work both independently (steer yourself) and as a team member, a self-starter

• Ability to work Monday - Friday business hours.

• Enjoys working with the Marketing Team members and internal clients in a team atmosphere.


Preferred Requirements:


• 2 year degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:


• Communicates through telephone conversations, face-to-face interactions, texts and email.

• The ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.

• Sitting for long periods of time; occasional bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching.

• Read printed materials and a computer screen.

• Stamina needed to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions.

• Must be able to work in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer, keyboard, and telephone.
