Job Duties:
* Manage the full order cycle, including order entry, acknowledgment, shipping notifications, and customer disputes.
* Primarily handle purchase orders and support customers with order entry and email support.
* Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and sales teams for order processing and documentation.
* Maintain customer quality documents, update pricing folders, and process purchase orders for raw materials.
* Monitor financial controls, track product margins, and assist with pricing adjustments.
* Support customer inquiries, log feedback, and ensure timely responses.
* Collaborate with the marketing department on website issues and updates
* Assist the purchasing and materials department with administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of customer service experience (B2B - business to business customer service)
* Knowledge of USPS, FedEx, UPS, carrier, and other delivery services would be a plus
* Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
Additional Info:
* Pay range: $45,000 to $52,000 + BONUS
* Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday to Friday
* Location: 100% in office
