A Day in the Life
Develop overarching global training strategy and methodology for multiple programs, key project targeting and development management, delivery of core curricula for both external and internal customers, strategy to obtain KOL inputs, regional inputs and key clinical assessments, development of substantiation targets and oversee approval of materials.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Identify, engage independently, and influence global KOLs and US in particular to develop strategically aligned messages on Aortic Educational programs

  • Develop the strategy for the effective launch, management and execution of existing and new digital programs, related trainings and projects intended to maximize product/procedural outcomes

  • Develop and own tactics (e.g., virtual symposiums, digital content, gamification, microlearning) for large scale programs that support the strategy and access new training methodologies as incorporated into educational campaign/product launches as appropriate

  • Accountable for T&E content creation and dissemination programs on new added indications/approvals or updates

  • Measure effectiveness of educational tools, resources and programs through post-meeting survey instruments, clinical field feedback and KOL review, develop plan to address concerns, and lead the implementation of solutions

  • Maintain awareness and alignment with existing guidelines and regional practices and ensure training content aligns

  • Manage relationships with multiple vendors

  • Manage relations with all internal, cross-functional and cross-regional global T&E and business partners

  • Mentor the team on latest and greatest ISD technology and productivity tools

  • work with internal stakeholders to identify and implement automatization in key processes

  • Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids.

  • Ensures training program(s) meets company and customer objectives.

  • Maintains communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training.

  • May utilize trainers with technical expertise.

  • Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.

Must have:

Bacherlor's degree and minimum of 5 years of training and education expereince, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Nice to hvae:


  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives

  • Experience within Aortic or PVH business is a plus

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$110,400.00 - $165,600.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
