Job Description:

Facility Service Category Manager

The Facility Service Category Manager will develop and drive category strategies & sustainability initiatives with suppliers & stakeholders, negotiate contracts with strategic suppliers, and provide enterprise-wide leadership.

Salary: Approximately $9 0,000 -$130 ,000 annuallydepending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Develop category strategies for Facility Services to drive cost optimization , innovative sustainability solutions, & supplier performance management programs.

  • Lead and influence enterprise-wide initiatives with cross functional partners in our efforts around growth and cost reduction, while leveraging Ariba to automate continuous process improvement.

  • Develop value propositions and negotiate contracts with suppliers for best cost, value, and service. Work cross functionally with key business partners (Legal, Manufacturing, etc ) t o assess & minimize risk.

Required Education/Experience:

  • 5+ years of S trategic S ourcing and/or operations experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain , Operations Management, or related field

  • Contract Management and RFx Strategy & Execution

  • Strategic decision - making skills

  • Category & Strategy development & implementation

  • Supplier Management & Cross functional collaboration

  • Strong communication skills

  • Systems knowledge (Excel, Ariba, Power BI etc.) preferred
