Brand & Vision ~Is fashion driven for providing fashions for all body shapes, all ages, and all income levels ~Attains a keen understanding of the niche the F&B brand is bringing to The County and how that can be fulfilled in each of the previously mentioned client segments. ~Collaborates in a professional manner with designers through attendance at national markets and trade shows while maintaining a continual immersion in the fashion industry ~Positions themselves in a mindset of branding F&B as a continual "breath of fresh air" in The County, in every season, which requires bringing new, fresh, and envelope-pushing fashion items to the merchandise floor.
