This role is crucial to our Legal Services department and involves supporting our internal legal counsel, title services, and loan services teams. Key responsibilities include general assistance with real estate transactions, preparing and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and addressing title work and loan documentation inquiries. We offer a flexible work environment with options for flexible hours and hybrid work after the initial training period. While the preferred office location is Jefferson City, MO, we are open to considering other locations within Missouri for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have experience or education in real estate law and/or title services, strong knowledge of real estate transactions and compliance, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
