Job Description:

Location: Hoboken, NJ

Salary: Negotiable

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Hoboken, NJ.

• 
  Contract: 3 months Contract (With Possible Extension)
  


• 
  Shifts: Rotate between 8am to 4 pm and 12pm to 8pm shift during weekdays and Every other Saturday 8am to 2pm
  


• 
  Total Hours: 40 hours
  

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Check in/out the patients.


• Help address patient requests that come via patient portal such as clinical questions, medication refill request and schedule appointments, answer phones.


• Submit insurance authorization for procedures and medication and generate referrals using various insurance portals.


• Also address incoming faxes, fax outgoing patient material and scan pertinent reports into patient charts.


• Lastly communicate patient messages to providers.


• Microsoft and EPIC knowledge preferred.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Highschool/GED or equivalent
