Human Resources Specialist Responsibilities:

• The HR Specialist works under the direct supervision of the Chief Human Resources Officer and is responsible for general clerical functions, personnel record-keeping, recruitment and hiring processes, and new employee onboarding. 
• This position requires confidentiality and strict adherence to city, state, and federal agency regulations. 
• 4-hour shifts Monday through Friday. 

Requirements:

• Previous Human Resources experience preferred. 
• Mandatory Reporter training certification is required as an employee.
