As the Senior Manager of Mechanical Systems, you will spearhead our aircraft maintenance and modification activities, ensuring adherence to FAA regulations and the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You'll manage a dedicated team of mechanical systems engineers, oversee departmental operations, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives and drive continuous improvement across aerospace engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead with Vision: Drive the execution of strategic goals within aircraft systems, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and business excellence.
Ensure Compliance: Oversee maintenance and modification activities to meet regulatory and company standards, adhering to schedules, budgets, and FAA compliance requirements.
Coordinate Effectively: Serve as the focal point for coordinating with management, customers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure productive operations, especially concerning system integration and quality assurance.
Optimize Resources: Manage manpower allocation, productivity, and efficiency; forecast needs and oversee procurement processes for mechanical systems components.

Qualifications:
Experience & Education: High School diploma or equivalent; 10+ years in aircraft maintenance/modification with supervisory/management experience preferred.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in inspection aids, test equipment, and quality assessment techniques; familiarity with FAR Part 65, Airframe & Powerplant licenses required.
Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, effective communication, and strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software is a must.

Language Skills:
