Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and organized Office Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth running of our office operations, manage administrative tasks, and provide essential support to our construction team. Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • HR Background or employee recruitment and or Proven experience as an office manager and or in a similar administrative role within the construction industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong MS office Skills, specifically Excel and Word
  • Valid Driver's License
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are an advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and evaluate employee relations and human resource policies, programs and practices effectively
  • Support HR with onboarding processes for union and non -union employees, timesheet management and payroll Administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and safety policies
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment ensuring everything is well-stocked and functioning
  • Prepare project documentation as it relates to Dailies, RFI's, submittals and closeout documents
  • Schedule internal project meetings and handling correspondence
  • Ensure a clean, organized and professional office environment
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative office culture
  • Coordinate Event Planning

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Pay Range $68,000 - $78,000 per year
  • Medical/Dental/Vision plan active the month following start date
  • Automatic 401K plan participation after 90 days employment

  • Paid Time Off starting at 18 days; accrued weekly and available after 90 days employment
