Job Description:

We are family-focused business that is looking for a Business Administrator who will play a key role in supporting the operations of our company.

Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping on QuickBooks
  • Administrative duties
  • General business support

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours and Location:
  • 15-40 hours per week, (the job can be part-time and grow into full-time if interested)
  • Monday - Thursday
  • Chagrin Falls 1-2 days per week; mostly remote
