PAY: $20-$23/HOUR


LOCATION: YOUNGSVILLE, NC


HOURS: MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8:30AM TO 5:30PM


Summary/Objective



The Returns & Warranties Specialist is responsible for administering warranty claims that are received in relation to Custom Dynamics products. They are responsible for providing effective customer service, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs, as well as communicating effectively with team members within the company.


Essential Functions



- Serves as point of contact for customers and processes warranty claims accurately and efficiently.


- Provides timely and accurate responses to customers and prioritizes claims based on customer needs and safety.


- Educates customers on warranty policies and any associated fees. Collecting and processing payment for said fees.


- Pays close attention to detail and practices conflict resolution.


- Logs failed parts or defects, provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns, reports any issues to the Returns and Warranties Manager.


- Sends daily reports at the end of each day that covers any reoccurring issues or customer inquiries as well as completed tasks for that day to the Returns & Warranty Manager and Customer Service Team Leader.


- Assist with any side projects as available.


Required Education and Experience



Customer Service Experience is required.


1 year of more of Warranty Experience is required.






Preferred Education and Experience



Experience in motorcycle, automotive, or a strong electrical background is a plus but not a requirement.
