MONDAY - FRIDAY 830AM TO 530PM


PAY: $20-$25/HOUR


The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for assisting with automotive, motorcycle, watercraft, and ATV electrical and lighting installations, primarily motorcycle lighting. This position will also maintain a knowledgebase and help customers on the phone and email.


Responsibilities and Duties


- Provide Customer/Tech Support with technical questions on our support que through phone and email - Empathetically perform customer support through listening, diagnosing, and repairing their devices


- Updating of technical documentation related to installation, fitment, knowledgebase, etc.

Requirements


Good Work History


High School diploma or equivalent


Technical training, associate degree, or 3+ years of experience in automotive or motorcycle industry


Microsoft Office experience


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
