We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Computer User Support Specialist Journeyman to join our team. The Computer User Support Specialist Journeyman will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to computer users.


• Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically.


• May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret security clearance


• Occasional Travel Required
