Inside Sales Representative(WFH) at Best Buy Health in Novi, Michigan

As a <strong>Inside Sales Representative</strong> you will receive inbound sales and activation calls, listens to and answers customer questions, and ensures that every customer has a positive experience with Best Buy Health. We use a consultative sales approach, ensuring that our team listens closely to make the best recommendation for products, plans, and value-added services that can sometimes even save a customer's life. A successful team member will listen intently, understand customer needs, and be able to fully explain the benefits and value of our life-saving products and services. We're looking for candidates who excel at problem solving, kind and direct communication, and are performance driven.<br><br><strong>Targeted Pay: </strong>$19/hr base pay, plus uncapped commission plan. The average compensation including base + commission is between $40,000 and $65,000 annually, depending on performance. <br><br>This role will be <strong>remote first</strong>. The person who fills this role must be within a commutable distance to the Best Buy Health caring center in Novi MI, San Antonio TX, Reno NV or Carlsbad CA. <br><br><strong>What you'll do</strong><br>* Respond to a high volume of inbound calls and activations calls from existing and/or new customers, providing customers with relevant, accurate information on products and services<br>* Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions<br>* Maintain a customer focus by listening actively and maintaining composure<br>* Present and sell new products, upgrades and additional value-added services to both new and existing customers, including processing sales orders<br>* Activate new lines of service for phones/devices purchased through retail partners<br>* Answer customer's questions and provide appropriate solutions<br>* Maintain performance based on goals and objectives<br>* Other duties as assigned <br><br><strong>Basic qualifications </strong><br>* Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required<br><br><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong><br>* Minimum of 1 year call center sales environment preferred<br>* Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred<br>* Prior experience meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas preferred<br>* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred<br>* Computer skills including typing and ability to navigate multiple apps/systems at the same time<br><br><strong>What's in it for you</strong><br>We're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
