Are you a seasoned QA professional with a passion for automation and a knack for ensuring software excellence? What You'll Do:

  • Implement a robust automation strategy, develop innovative automation cases, and design tools for comprehensive testing of our digital systems.

  • Lead the development team in designing and implementing automated tests that will enhance the end-to-end quality of our major deliverables.

  • Standardize test planning, test case development, test code reviews, and associated mechanisms to drive quality outcomes.

  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define quality metrics, KPIs, and mechanisms for tracking progress.

  • Provide ongoing visibility into quality status, including issues, risks, and metrics, to all stakeholders.

  • Develop strong relationships with key functional stakeholders to ensure a relentless focus on quality goals.

  • Anticipate and remove obstacles that could slow down or prevent project teams from delivering high-quality solutions.

  • Participate in a Quality Center of Excellence to make critical decisions, remove obstacles, and address key quality issues.

  • Be a catalyst for change, inspiring others to advance our quality initiatives.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a preference for a degree in Software Engineering.

  • 4+ years of experience in building test automation and working with automated frameworks and tools.

  • Proficiency in Azure Cloud environment and experience with QA automation across different application layers (API, UI, Data).

  • Programming experience and familiarity with patterns and best practices using automation tools (such as Playwright, Selenium, Postman, etc.).

  • Experience with CI/CD tools, such as Azure DevOps.

  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle in an Agile setting, with the ability to adapt and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment.

  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills to drive consensus and work effectively in a cross-functional, matrix management environment.

  • Strong knowledge of risk management, risk identification, and risk-based testing.
