You will have the opportunity to:


  • Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing various community and development services:


  • Gain hands-on experience in Development & Community Advisory consulting


  • Develop cash flows, prepare financial reports, structure financing options for the issuance of bonds, develop tax projections, and other related projects


  • Participate in our intern orientation and training and development program designed to provide the tools needed to contribute to client engagements


  • Experience on-the-job training through real work engagements, showcasing how your academic experience translates to the professional environment


  • Learn directly from experienced associates, seniors, managers and partners with a wide variety of specialized experience and technical knowledge


  • Build friendships and strong work relationships while gaining valuable experience


  • Demonstrate your performance and ability to join Baker Tilly as a full-time consultant





Qualifications





  • Enrolled as a student in the current school year in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related degree in Business


  • Outstanding academic performance required, with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 required with at least a 3.2 GPA preferred


  • Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization


  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills


  • Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability


  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)


  • There is currently no immigration sponsorship available for this position




The compensation range for this role is $29 to $35. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
