RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Washington, DC that is seeking a ServiceNow Manager.

Summary:
As the ServiceNow Manager, this role will assist in bringing the platform development in-house by partnering internally with the team, along with the third party partner. They will lead the charge in enhancing the current ServiceNow services, while expanding the services to accommodate business needs. The ServiceNow Manager will be in charge of the development work while ensuring the team is brough up to speed on the platform

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior ServiceNow development experience or architecture level experience required


• Experience managing or mentoring more junior level associates


• Prior insurance level industry experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
