How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

• Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product.


• Operate punch machine.


• Complete appropriate data entry/PLC machine set up.


• Maintain basket and pallet washer chemical concentration.


• Conduct aseptic cheese sampling.


• Operate Natamycin bath and maintain concentration.


• Stack aging baskets.


• Monitor and complete punch machine needle checks.


• Must be able to appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals and conduct concentration checks.


• Maintain 701 or 704.


• Washer chemical concentration.


• Conduct aseptic cheese sampling.


• Stack aging baskets.


• Requires regular attendance.

You Are Best Suited For The Role If You....

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Ability to read and understand instructions.


• Proficient in use of the computer.


• Must have a solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills.


• Follow good sanitation and housekeeping practices.


• Compliance with food safety policies.


• Follow GMPs and SOPs.
