Job Description:
Role: Machine Operator for Table Covers
Goal: Make high-quality table covers efficiently and safely.
Compensation & Incentives:
- Hourly Pay: Up to $23 per hour
- Shift: Typically 6pm to 6 am 2-2-3

Main Duties: Setup: Prepare the machine according to the order specifications. Load Material: Put rolls of material onto the machine. Adjust Machine: Make basic changes to machine settings like speed and size as needed. Fix Jams: Safely stop the machine and fix any jams. Monitor Quality: Check that the product meets quality standards and make sure everything is accurate. Keep Clean: Keep your work area clean and safe. Maintain Equipment: Do basic maintenance on the packaging equipment. Report Data: Record information about materials used, rejected products, and labor. Safety First: Ensure all safety guards and devices are in place before operating the machine. Labeling: Check and verify UPCs and carton labels. Follow Guidelines: Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SQF (Safe Quality Food) guidelines. Report any food safety issues. Support: Help create a positive work environment and assist in training new employees. Other Tasks: Perform any additional duties as needed. Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: Factory experience is a plus but not required.
- Skills:
- Operate various machines like table skirt and carton labeler.
- Basic math skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to read and follow instructions and safety rules.
