Machine Operator Nights ( Plate Former Operator 2.2.3) at Hoffmaster Group Inc. in Clintonville, Wisconsin

Job Description:

Main Duties:

Setup: Prepare the machine according to order specifications.

Load Material: Insert parent rollaboard stock into the machine.

Adjust Machine: Make essential adjustments like speed and die heat as needed.

Fix Jams: Safely power down the machine to clear any jams.

Monitor Quality: Conduct regular checks to ensure product quality.

Keep Clean: Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Maintain Equipment: Perform basic maintenance on the machine.

Report Data: Record information about materials used and production data.

Safety First: Ensure all safety guards and devices are functioning before operating.

Labeling: Verify UPCs and carton labels.

Follow Guidelines: Follow GMP and SQF guidelines and report any food safety issues.

Support: Help foster a positive work environment and train new employees.

Other Tasks: Perform additional duties as needed.

Shift: Typically (6 pm to 6 am) (2.2.3)

Compensation & Incentives:

Hourly Pay: Base pay of $19.50 per hour

Shift Differential: Earn an extra $1 per hour for night shifts

Vacation: an additional 40 hours for night shift employees

Bonuses: Yearly attendance bonus Yearly anniversary bonus

401(k): Automatic enrollment with details provided at orientation

Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Experience: Factory experience preferred but not required.

Skills:

- Ability to operate various machines.

- Basic math and communication skills.

- Ability to read and follow instructions and safety rules.
