Job Description:

We seek a dedicated professional to manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service. As a Customer Service Specialist , you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, responsible for managing accounts and ensuring exceptional service. This role combines customer relationship management, order processing, and interdepartmental coordination to create a seamless customer experience.


Job Details:

• Location: Manchester, NH (100% onsite)


• Temp to Hire opportunity offering benefits during the interim/contract period with weekly pay


• Competitive pay rates of $22.00-$24.00/hourly

• Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders, quotes, and customer data


• Update customers on backorders and special pricing


• Handle repair, rental, and sample requests


• Collaborate across departments to enhance customer experience


• Adhere to AS/ISO procedures and standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma


• 1+ year sales experience (industry experience preferred within manufacturing or glue/adhesives)


• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
