A day in the life.



As our Sales Operations & Events Specialist for the Minnesota/Wisconsin office, you'll be responsible for the successful planning and execution of a wide range of internal and client events, meetings, and seminars. From large-scale conferences to local webinars, this role encompasses the entire event lifecycle, including strategic planning, venue selection, supplier negotiation, budgeting, logistics, registration, communication, technology integration, and materials management. In addition to event management, the Sales Operations & Events Specialist will also handle various sales operations tasks as assigned. We are seeking an outgoing and independent individual contributor who takes pride in their work and understands the direct impact it has on the team's overall success.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Proven experience in marketing technology, sales enablement, content development, and event strategy.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate and improve processes.

  • Proficiency in using marketing and sales databases, reporting tools, and automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce).

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
