Job Summary:


We are seeking an Analytics Product Owner to enhance the measurement and reporting of Business-to-Business (B2B) activities. This role is crucial for driving data-driven decision-making and supporting our strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights through the analysis and reporting of B2B activities, including pre-sale and post-sale.


• Create, automate, and deliver regular B2B reports and dashboards for stakeholders.


• Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in an accessible and understandable format.


• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing relevant data and insights.


• Provide training and support to team members on B2B usage and interpretation.


• Develop guidelines and best practices for B2B reporting and analysis.

Key Outcomes:

• Enable the Partner Success team to identify key accounts and effectively pitch beneficial deals.


• Track account management pipeline to ensure a healthy flow.


• Report on deal usage and identify opportunities for upselling or areas to ensure consumption.
