Job Summary:
We are seeking an Analytics Product Owner to enhance the measurement and reporting of Business-to-Business (B2B) activities. This role is crucial for driving data-driven decision-making and supporting our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights through the analysis and reporting of B2B activities, including pre-sale and post-sale.
Create, automate, and deliver regular B2B reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in an accessible and understandable format.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing relevant data and insights.
Provide training and support to team members on B2B usage and interpretation.
Develop guidelines and best practices for B2B reporting and analysis.
Key Outcomes:
Enable the Partner Success team to identify key accounts and effectively pitch beneficial deals.
Track account management pipeline to ensure a healthy flow.
Report on deal usage and identify opportunities for upselling or areas to ensure consumption.
