We're seeking a Project Manager/ Trainer who is able to manage complex software implementations while also possessing strong leadership qualities, decision-making skills, and exceptional organizational and communication abilities. Role Overview
As the primary point of contact for several projects, the Project Manager/ Trainer is key to our success. This role requires accountability for small to medium-sized projects and a collaborative effort in larger projects. You will be responsible for steering these projects to success, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope. The ideal candidate will become an expert in Spartan's suite of applications, capable of conducting thorough business analysis, user training, and ensuring contractual compliance across all projects. The candidate will have an understanding of judicial processes, with previous attorneys or legal assistants given preference. Strong technical skills are required for this position.
Responsibilities:
Project Management and Decision Making: Direct and manage the end-to-end implementation of our legal case management systems for clients.
Client Requirement Analysis: Conduct in-depth business analysis to understand client requirements and recommend efficient software solutions, suggesting feature enhancements.
Education and Support: Develop and execute comprehensive training, ensuring effective utilization of our systems by clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Application Expert: Gain a deep understanding of our applications. Provide product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Qualifications:
5 years of work experience in SaaS implementations with bachelor's degree in computer science or business.
Or in lieu of SaaS implementation experience, a Juris Doctor with 3 years of work experience in the criminal justice system.
Proven project management skills, with an ability to lead multiple projects with decisiveness and authority.
Understanding of the Software Implementation Life Cycle and business analysis techniques.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong technical skills.
Detail-oriented with organizational skills.
Legal/Judicial knowledge or experience preferred.
Overnight travel to client sites is required.
