Must-Haves:
Proficiency in Excel (sorting, filtering, SUM function)
Self-motivated and proactive
Strong administrative and customer service experience
Nice to Have:
Previous operational or administrative experience in a bank.
Responsibilities:
Process undelivered debit cards, tracking data in Excel
Resolve complex client problems and escalated issues
Ensure customer inquiries and complaints are resolved within guidelines and SLAs
Stay updated on new product developments and process enhancements
Assist with regulatory and audit assessments
Provide efficient, courteous service to internal associates and external clients
Track and report Siebel case metrics, liaise with business partners and vendors
Perform vendor oversight to ensure SLA compliance
Handle operational functions such as response/research, account maintenance, and inquiry resolution
Assist team members as needed
Support billing reconciliation for 40+ clients, including aged receivable tracking
Ensure quality assurance and tracking for fulfillment mailings
Assist with special projects and provide back-up operational support for various HBS processes
