Job Description



The main responsibility of this position is to perform in-process analytical bioassay sample testing to support both early and late-stage protein, cell and gene therapy programs.

• Support method and critical reagent qualifications


• Utilize laboratory techniques such asmammalian cell culture and routine analytical procedures such as ELISAs, PCR, cell-based assays, and flow cytometry


• Responsible for data integrity and accuracy, and document all analytical testing in an electronic laboratory notebook

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or Biochemistry, or other related degree concentration with 3 years industry experience (preferred), OR Relevant Masters with 1 year industry experience, ORPhD


• Experience with:

• Strong computer and organizational skills


• Excellent communication (oral and written)

• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously


• Accurate record keeping, experience with electronic notebooks preferred


• Follow instructions, and comply with company policies


• Experience working in BSL2 labs


• Experience with GMP procedures preferred


• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship


• Flexibility to travel between Malvern and Spring House 10% of the time

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00 pm with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Spring House, PA are encouraged to apply.
