Job Description:

Summary:


Design, building, testing, validation, maintenance and ongoing support of Clinical or Revenue Cycle Applications



Project Details:

  • Collaborate across interdisciplinary work groups to accomplish set goals for you team
  • Responsible as a representative of the Information Systems team and will be in charge of establishing, fostering and maintaining positive business relationships with co-workers; interdisciplinary work groups; clinical and financial department representatives; Epic partners; and all other staff who use or interact with the Epic application suite
  • Analyze multiple complex situations to create and implement solutions
  • Gathering and analyze operational workflows, technical requirements, and functional specifications for Epic modules
  • Populate master tables and system files in accordance with established guidelines and standards
  • Collect requirements and specifications for operational reports and data extracts
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise within application areas, as well as issues that impact other application teams

  • Accurately and concisely describe problems and solutions
  • Focus on details; coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
