Our client is seeking a dynamic Leasing Associate to join their team and make a significant impact in their Victorville and Palmdale communities. This role involves touring prospects, closing leases, and ensuring a smooth move-in process.
Responsibilities:
Greet and tour prospective residents, highlighting community features.
Close leases and handle all related paperwork and applications.
Ensure apartments are move-in ready on the agreed date.
Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospects.
Assist in planning resident events and gather market competition data.
Adhere to all relevant laws and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in property management is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with YARDI® is preferred.
Basic knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations.
