Job Description:
- Responsible for overseeing the quality system in a manufacturing operation
- Will have 2 direct reports and 12 indirect
- Will work with customers on product issues (root cause and corrective actions)
- Must have 5+ years of leadership experience
- Plastic injection molding experience is required
- Must have customer interfacing
- Bachelor or Associate degree is preferred, but not required
- 100% Match on 401K to 6% then 50% match up to 9%!
