HydroJug is seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Project Manager, ensuring the seamless execution of cross-functional marketing initiatives and projects. In this role, you will support the marketing team by coordinating efforts across departments, managing timelines, and handling strategic projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, experience managing multiple projects, and the ability to think strategically to help the team hit their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
a. Oversee the execution of cross-functional marketing projects that span across social media, influencer marketing, strategic partnerships, PR, customer experience, e-commerce, and communications/owned marketing.
b. Manage timelines, project deliverables, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns and initiatives.
c. Assist in planning and managing special projects, such as events, product launches, merchandise creation, and more.
d. Serve as the point of contact for marketing projects, ensuring alignment between departments and clear communication of goals and progress.
2. Support for Existing Marketing Functions:
a. Provide operational and project support to each team member, helping with
day-to-day tasks that require additional assistance.
b. Help manage marketing calendars, timelines, and workflows, making sure each marketing area is aligned and operating efficiently.
c. Act as a resource for ad-hoc requests, such as event coordination, partnership
activations, or product seeding projects.
3. Strategic Planning & Execution:
a. Work closely with marketing team leads (Social Media, Strategic Partnerships,
Customer Experience, E-Commerce, Owned Marketing) to help free up time for
strategic planning and ensure their tactical and administrative tasks are handled.
b. Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improvement in processes, project prioritization, and workflow efficiency.
c. Develop and maintain project plans for major marketing campaigns, tracking
progress, resources, and ensuring deadlines are met.
4. Coordination of Events, Campaigns & Content Creation:
a. Assist in coordinating marketing events and campaigns, ensuring alignment across all marketing touchpoints (social media, email, PR, etc.).
b. Support campaign execution by ensuring that assets, content, and communications are delivered on time and to the correct channels.
c. Help with the logistics and execution of company events, conferences, or pop-ups as needed. Travel is required for this position.
d. Travel with content team and assist with content execution
5. Reporting and Communication:
a. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to marketing leadership and team members.
b. Create documentation and summaries for project reviews, lessons learned, and future improvements.
6. Partner Coordination:
a. Assist the strategic partnerships team in managing timelines for product seeding, PR efforts, and collaborations with other brands.
Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related field. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and deliver on tight deadlines. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and work cross-functionally. • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) and marketing tools. • Familiarity with marketing operations, including social media, influencer marketing, email marketing, and event planning. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
Bonus Qualifications: • Experience working with DTC (Direct to Consumer) brands or in e-commerce. • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and software.
