We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality manufacturing and control processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing quality systems and ensuring product excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Oversee inspection and testing of products to verify they meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Utilize data analysis and root cause analysis techniques to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the quality team, fostering a culture of quality and accountability. Provide training and support to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of quality processes, inspection results, and compliance reports. Prepare and present quality metrics and performance reports to senior management.
Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components. Evaluate supplier performance and work with them to resolve quality issues.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) are a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in quality management, with a track record of successfully leading quality initiatives in a manufacturing or similar setting.
Skills: Strong knowledge of quality management systems, process improvement methodologies, and regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with quality tools and software, including data analysis and reporting tools.
